The de Buyer Mineral B Bois Crepe Pan is designed for making crepes and thin pancakes with even cooking, delicate browning, and excellent control during preparation. Made from carbon steel, it heats up quickly, responds precisely to temperature changes, and delivers excellent performance in recipes that require direct, even contact with the cooking surface.

The low profile makes it easier to spread the batter, flip crepes, and serve with greater ease.
