The sales prices indicated on the website www.mimocook.com are shown in euros and include the Portuguese VAT rate.

The Portuguese VAT rate is applied to orders placed by private consumers residing in Portugal or any other European Union country.

Companies that present a valid taxpayer number are exempt from VAT tax in accordance with Article 14º of CIVA of Portuguese Law. To ensure compliance with Portuguese Law, the tax number is checked before completing the order.

Payment of all customs fees in the destination country in accordance with the laws in force in that country are the customer's sole responsibility.

The payment is valid after confirmation of the value by the bank. After this confirmation is given continuity to the order dispatch.

Payment is available in any ATM terminal or Home Banking. When ATM is selected, is issued a reference according to the amount to pay and sent automatically to your email. This email will be sent by "Hipay.com", the company that manages the ATM references. After using the ATM reference, is automatically sent an email indicating that the payment was successful. Payment is only valid for Mimocook after confirmation by Hipay.

With the ATM, your bank information is never communicated to Mimocook.

Paypal and Credit Cards
Paypal (globally recognized for the security of it’s transactions) is a simple, fast and secure way to pay for your purchases on the Internet. Includes credit cards VISA, Mastercard and American Express. With PayPal your financial details (such as credit card and bank account numbers) are not shared with Mimocook or with third parties.

With Paypal, your banking information is never communicated to Mimocook

With MB WAY you can pay your order quickly and conveniently through your smartphone, simply having a MB WAY account. MB WAY orders will only be processed upon confirmation of payment.

Klarna is an online payment system that includes 3 forms of payment: instant payment, payment after delivery and payment in installments. Klarna is available in the following countries: Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Switzerland and Portugal. By subscribing to it, the Customer does not pay interest or any other charges (including taxes and/or commissions), except in the event of non-payment of installments within the agreed period. Mimocook online store undertakes to make the delivery of orders, properly packed, after confirmation of payment by the financial institution. The order is delivered at the address indicated by you. Once the merchandise has shipped from our facility is sent an automatic email to inform you. No orders will be sent to PO Boxes.

The Mimocook store only dispatches during weekdays, until 3PM. Thus are not counted Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, to estimate parcel delivery. Any delay in shipment or order of goods, does not confer the right to compensation.

Your order will be dispatched once all articles are available. The availability of the products do not count Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. When all items are in stock, orders are dispatched on the same day, or on the next day depending on the hour and payment method chosen. Otherwise, they will be dispatched within the estimated delivery time for the articles out of stock.

Mimocook is governed by the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipments of products that are not authorized to be marketed at the place of delivery. The eventual apprehension of the respective orders is the responsibility of the customers. In case of return of the products only the amount related to these products will be refunded.

Delays may occur due to high flow periods, such as holidays and Christmas. Customs may delay the delivery for inspection. Every effort is made to meet the delivery and delivery deadlines, however, it should be noted that any delays in deliveries (customs inspection) are not Mimocook responsability, and it is not possible in such cases to guarantee exact delivery times.

Only comments whose content affects only and only the specific features and functionalities of the commented product will be accepted. In this regard, comments on Mimocook, its services, brands, suppliers or prices are excluded.

All comments containing language deemed inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, insulting, xenophobic and / or any other content that violates the general principles of law and public order shall be rejected.


The Customer may cancel your order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. On receipt of the order by the customer, it may exercise its right of withdrawal in accordance with legally provided in Portuguese law and below, in particular Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.

In accordance with the provisions of Portuguese law in Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the changes conferred by Decree-Law no. 62/2009, of 10 March and by Law no. 46/2012 of 29 August) on electronic commerce, the Mimocook reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there are computer errors.

As part of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in accordance with applicable law, the Mimocook enables the exchange or return (contract termination) items, within 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer without payment compensation and without giving any reason.

The Customer has the right to the free resolution of this contract without incurring any costs within 30 (thirty) days from the day following the day on which the Customer or a third party appointed by him or her, other than the carrier, acquires possession of the products.

In order to exercise the right of the free resolution of this contract, the cliente must notify us of your decision to terminate the purchase contract. You may do so by letter, using the template resolution form, or through any other statement of termination of contract and send to the address: PHENOMA-DESIGN, LDA - MIMOCOOK - Rua João de Rouão N.1 - 2330- 314 Entroncamento - Portugal; to the e-mail: info@mimocook.com; or by using the site through the Customer Area > My Orders > Create a return order.

If the customer exercise their right of the free resolution of this contract, all payments made, including shipping costs It will be refunded, without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Mimocook is informed of the client's decision.

Mimocook hereby informs you that you may retain the refund until you have received the returned goods, or until the customer provides proof of delivery of the goods, whichever occurs first.

The Client must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which he informed Mimocook of the free resolution of this contract, provided that it is respected if the Customer returns the goods before 14 (fourteen) days.

The Client must pay in full the costs of the return of the goods in case of free resolution of this contract.

The products must be returned new, unused altered or washed and must contain all labels and original packaging. Mimocook does not accept return or exchange of used items.

After confirmation, place the product in its original packaging and wrapped properly and send it to the following address:

All items will be checked on arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or refund those who comply with the conditions of return.

In case of free resolution of this contract, all payments made, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the Client. The refund will be made through the same means of payment that was used by the Customer in the initial purchase and that does not incur costs, or in the impossibility of repayment by the means used in the initial purchase, by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the Client.

If the products do not conform to the original order, or if the products have a defect, Mimocook will arrange the collection of the same in the place that indicates us, in the same area of shipment of the original order, without any charges for the Customer.

The refund will only be made after checking the condition of the goods.

Mimocook reserves the right to not accept articles that do not meet these conditions.

14 - LAW

These conditions are governed by Portuguese Law and for all matters arising from the interpretation determine as jurisdiction the Court of Judicial District of Entroncamento, expressly waiving any other.

All products have a three year guarantee from the respective brands, unless there is any indication of otherwise.
