The Wüsthof Performer Chef’s Knife 16 cm is a high-performance knife designed to deliver control, power and agility in everyday prep tasks. With its robust and balanced profile, this more compact chef’s knife stands out for its easy handling, making it ideal for precise and fast kitchen work.

Wüsthof highlights the deep-black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish in this range, making the blade especially strong, durable, heat-resistant and scratchproof, while also promoting smoother slicing. The Hexagon-Power-Grip handle pattern provides a secure non-slip grip, even during demanding use. The full bolster further contributes to ideal balance between blade and handle.
