The Wüsthof Amici Precision Double-Serrated Bread Knife 23 cm is a high-performance knife designed to slice bread with precision, smoothness and excellent control. Its double-serrated edge, with serrations within the serrations, allows for clean and effective cutting, stays sharp for longer and requires less pressure during use.

It is ideal for bread, including both hard-crusted and soft-crusted loaves, slicing cleanly without crushing or tearing delicate surfaces. It is also suitable for pies and cakes, making it a versatile knife for different serving and prep tasks.

Part of the Amici range, this knife combines forged construction, comfortable handling and a distinctive look.
