This Wusthof Gourmet peeling knife is a small but versatile knife with a thin blade and smooth edge. This vegetable knife is made to cut onions and herbs, but is also great when chopping, cleaning and decorating fruit and vegetables. The difference with the other 8 cm peeling knife from the Gourmet collection can be found in the tip. While the other peeling knife is enhanced with a pointed tip, this peeling knife has a curved tip. With the pointed tip you can easily prick something, this is an advantage and a disadvantage.
