Description

The Lodge Pro-Grid reversible cast iron grill/griddle is ideal for cooking larger quantities on the stovetop, in the oven, on the grill or outdoors. One side features a smooth griddle surface that is perfect for pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast and breakfast favourites; the other side has a ribbed grill surface that is ideal for burgers, steaks, sausages, chicken and vegetables with defined grill marks.

The elongated shape is designed to span two stovetop burners, giving you a generous cooking area for preparing multiple portions at once. Both sides feature a slight slope for grease runoff into a generous grease gutter. Cast iron provides excellent heat retention and even heating for reliable, consistent results. It comes pre-seasoned and ready to use.
